We ship anywhere in the World. Internationals orders may take longer to be dispatched.

If your purchase is $350 (subtotal) or more the shipping is free. The $350 will be considered before taxes/shipping and after coupon codes or offers. This method generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Small items are shipped at a flat rate of $15 + $5 for any additional item.

If your purchase is $1000 (subtotal) or more the shipping is free. The $1000 will be considered before taxes/shipping and after coupon codes or offers. This method generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Shoes are otherwise shipped at a flat rate of $25, while accessories are shipped at a flat rate of $15. You pay $5 for any additional item.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your ship-to address and the size/weight of your order. Please note that when ordering internationally, you may be required to pay additional duties, fees or taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by the customs office in the shipment’s destination country – we are not able to estimate these costs as they vary from country to country and item to item. You as the purchaser and recipient will be fully responsible for any such charges.

This method generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Shoes are otherwise shipped at a flat rate of $65, while accessories are shipped at a flat rate of $40. You pay $10 for any additional item.

Orders with existing stock will typically ship within 24 hours. If an order is received and the item is in stock, the order will typically ship 4 weeks later once it has been dyed. If an order is received and the item itself needs to be made and then dyed, the order will typically ship 8 weeks later once it has been received and dyed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend emailing customer service at maisonpatina@gmail.com to verify that it will ship by the date you require.

Our warehouses will be closed on the following days in honour of our holiday schedule. Please allow additional time for your order to ship if it is placed on or around these dates.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help but it’s worth checking a few things before getting in touch. It will take between 3 and 5 days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse, we will email to confirm once your order is on its way.If you’ve chosen UPS standard or next day delivery check the tracking link we sent in your dispatch email to view up to date tracking information.

Canadian orders will be charged the sales tax of their respective province. International customers are responsible for any sales tax if their country charges them upon delivery

All purchases must either be received at our return centre. Returned merchandise must be in its original unworn, condition and all packaging must be intact and included. Please note that the date of receipt refers to the date which your order was delivered by, according to the tracking information provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned merchandised must be sent back in its original forms including labels and packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees on return will be at the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless specified otherwise by Maison Patina or one of its representatives. Be sure to send via a trackable shipping service and to insure your package.

Maison Patina can only facilitate returns for orders placed through our website maisonpatina.ca

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to separate credit cards or other accounts.
